Agitators
Spiralo®
Slow-moving horizontal paddle agitator for constant and fluctuating filling levels throughout the whole agitation diameter with high effectiveness also for high-viscosoty media.
Schwanko
For containers with high-viscosity input materials and a constant or fluctuating filling level throughout the whole agitating diameter. With special paddle design provides for smooth immersion, full thrust, and efficient mixing substrate.
Hydromixer
A slow-running horizontal shaft agitator with high effectiveness also for high-viscosity media.
Long shaft agitator
For large containers of arrox. 30 meters or more and no loss of properties due to size. Individually disignable with Spiralo®-, Schwanko- or Hydromixer-paddles.
Vertical agitator
Centric and eccentric installation in the container for ideal flow in the medium. Horizontal and vertival intermixing for high-viscosity input materials by arrangement of the paddles alternateky on each side.
Plug-flow agitator
Very slow running agitator for plants with a very high content of dry substrate. Accelerated marceration of the biomass provides for an increased gas yield.
Phantom 1000
The Phantom 1000 is used mainly for mixing the substrate, for eradicating or preventing floating layers, as well as for breaking up sinking layers.
Phantom 1400
A hybrid mixer for biogas applications which fills the hydraulic gap between the slow running 2500 and the faster running Phantom 1000. Thanks to its high thrust forces it can therefore contribute to the formation of a global tank flow in biogas plants.
Phantom 2500
Thanks to the 2.5 m diameter propeller of the Phantom 2500 this large mixer can produce extraordinarily large thrust despite low energy consumption, thereby creating a global underflow in the fermentation tank which is gentle on bacteria.
Typhoon 650
The Typhoon 650 generates a strong turbulence, making it ideally suited for use in the residue storage tank.
SensoStream
The next level of monitoring and optimization up to automatic control.
Modular system SensoStream
- Speed measurement
- Floating layer detection
- Level measurement
- Viscosity measurement
Benefits of SensoStream
- Optimization of the plant
- Energy saving
- Maximum gas yield
- Early detection of faults
- real-time measurements
Speed measurement
The calibrated sensors of the SensoStream are externally (even if the container is already filled).
The sensors can continuously monitor the speed of the substrate can be measured. Becomes a discontinued area falls below the SensoStream gives a warning signal, so that the
Agitators can be switched on or off accordingly. This avoids deposits in the container and that substrate is optimal for the fermentation process
maintained speed range.
Floating layer detection
Floating layers in biogas plants significantly reduce this biogas rising from the substrate. Floating layer sensors can cause a floating layer to form recognized in good time and thus prevented. When detecting a scum layer, the SensoStream issues a warning signal so that the agitators can counteract the scum layer directly.
Level measurement
The sensors of the SensoStream measure the fill level in the container in real time.
Viscosity measurement
The SensoStream enables permanent monitoring of the stirrability of the substrate. Because the variety of used Input materials continue to increase and strong throughout the year can vary, monitoring is useful. If the tolerance range is exceeded or not reached, the System operators receive a warning signal from the SensoStream, so that this can be counteracted as early as possible in order to avoid caverns and to avoid deposits.
Test stands
Developments, improvements and innovations - that's what we strive for.
But even the best theory needs to be tested.
Through our experience in the development of new products, we know that it is not easy to check the theories.
Corresponding test stands often do not exist and have to be built first.
Based on our own experience, we have therefore included the development and construction of test stands in our portfolio.
We only focus on the functionality and the intended use.

Towing channel
With this drag channel it is possible to measure the resistance forces.
Viscometer
The viscometer allows the viscosity of a mass to be determined.
Stirred tank
The stirred tank is used to measure forces. It also allows an insight into the practical use of agitators and new geometries.
Experimental container
In this test tank on a scale of 1:15, agitator models can be tested under real conditions.
